Collections “After Dark” – Underdog Cheese Food Truck

Join us for Collections After Dark and enjoy some of your favorite winter wines by the fire! Our Collections tasting room hours are extended to 8pm every Friday until Spring. Each week there will be featured wines offered by the glass and bottle along with fun and exciting food options from various locations around the valley.
The Collections After Dark event features wines and food options that vary from week to week so be sure to keep an eye on our social media outlets for updates! We typically offer a special on specific glasses and bottles of wine that pair well with the food. If you are curious and cannot find what is available, please give us a call at 970-464-1150.
We offer reservations for tables between 5 and 5:30 arrival time as tables fill up shortly after. Tables are first come first serve after 5:30pm. To reserve, please call our tasting rooms or email us.
Our Collections Tasting room located in downtown palisade offers over 70 seats indoors and over 50 outdoors. This makes for a fun Palisade Night Event venue surrounded by the Book cliffs. Whether it be Date Night or a fun night out with friends, we invite you to come hang out at our extended hours tasting room.
