Overlook
The Overlook is located at 3548 E 1/2 Rd on East Orchard Mesa, Palisade. When there, we invite you to take in the panoramic views overlooking the Colorado River while enjoying a glass of wine surrounded by vineyards, orchards, herb, lavender and rose gardens.
Winery
Our Wine Production site and tasting room is located at 3907 N River Road in Palisade. Colorado River views coupled with the opening of the De Beque Canyon make for an unforgettable wine tasting experience. Enjoy a glass of wine in our courtyard with friends and family or a tour through our wine making facility.
Collections
Colterris Collections is the newest addition to our Estate. When in Palisade, visit our Collections tasting room located near downtown at 3708 G Road in Palisade. This tasting room offers a spacious indoor seating area with a greater selection of wines by-the-glass, including our more limited Estate Selection Wines.

2024 Coral
White Cabernet Sauvignon
The Colorado wineries fan favorite returns! The 2023 Coral White Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé is bottled and available for purchase.
Classic fresh red fruit driven nose includes strawberry and raspberry. Bright and refreshing acidity is balanced with a touch of residual sugar which helps drive the fruitful experience on the palate.
2020 Cabernet Sauvignon
Our Cabernet Sauvignon is truly one of the best wines we produce and for good reason. It is our flagship and backbone of our Bordeaux style winemaking expertise.
Very fruit forward and expressive of both dark and red fruit notes. On the palate, this wine is bold and with layers of sweet fruit and subtle notes of coffee and leather.
2022 Cabernet Sauvignon Old Vine
After the frost of 2021, our Riverside Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon needed roughly 50% of the vines to be re-trained from the ground-up. The rest of the vines that survived are now producing some of the finest grapes on our estate. This wine is made strictly with those grapes. Very limited at 160 cases produced.

2023 Barrel Fermented Chardonnay
Our freshly bottled 2023 Estate Selection Barrel Fermented Chardonnay returns to highlight the extensive barrel program at Colterris.
Aromas of ripe apricot, red apple, caramel and a touch of graham cracker. The wine is rich but fruitful with notes of ripe melon and pear complemented by notes of toasted almond and butterscotch.

HIGH Altitude Wine Club
Being one of Colorado wineries, our production facility and vineyards are located at approximately 4800 feet above sea level. High altitude growing conditions have intense sunlight which allow for thicker skins on our red wines and stronger fruits on our white wines. The Colorado Grand Mesa is a previous volcano and the largest flat top mountain in the world giving rich volcanic soils to the Grand Valley AVA in Palisade.
This leads to our HIGH Altitude Wine Club Membership Name. Whether you’re a wine novice or master collector, we have an option for you. All our clubs run 4 times a year with options of 3 Bottles, 6 Bottles, and 12 Bottles per shipment. Each club has a default selections of 3 newly released wines chosen by the Colterris team with your choice to edit the wines in each shipment.
