Located in Palisade off of Highway 6, the Colterris Collections houses thousands of pieces of Wine Memorabilia with a gorgeous tasting room and outdoor courtyard. Come view history through the Lens of Wine while enjoying a glass or bottle of our 100% estate grown, produced, and bottled wines.
Colterris wines by-the-glass, can, or bottle, along with select picnic items are also available for purchase in our tasting rooms.
This location features a large indoor seating area as well as a beautiful outdoor courtyard!
Walk-ins are welcome with seating upon availability.

Collections Reserved Seated Tasting
$35 per guest*
Enjoy a seated tasting in our Collections tasting room, while a Colterris team member guides you through a selection of our current release wines. Add on a Charcuterie board for an elevated food and wine experience. Tasting includes an etched crystal glass, $5 discount on a purchase of 3 or more bottles and a 10% case discount.

Collections Reserved Table
$10 deposit per person*
Reserve a table in our Collections Tasting room. The $10 per person deposit will be applied to your by-the-bottle or by-the-glass purchase when you arrive.

Artisanal Charcuterie Board at Colterris Collections
$40 per board (serves 1-2 guests)
We are excited to offer our fresh prepared in-house Charcuterie Boards as an addition to any tour or reserved tasting experience.*
We also offer an À la carte selection of pre-packaged meats, cheeses and crackers in our tasting rooms!
*Charcuterie Boards are made fresh and require advanced booking as a separate reservation.
