Collections “After Dark” – Panini Junction
Join us for Collections After Dark and enjoy some of your favorite wines! Spend your evening at Colterris Collections with extended hours in both the Tasting Room and the Collections Exhibit until 8pm every Friday. Each week there will be featured wine specials offered by the glass and bottle along with fun and exciting food options from various locations around the valley.
The Collections After Dark event features wines and food options that vary from week to week so be sure to keep an eye on our social media outlets for updates! We typically offer a special on specific glasses and bottles of wine that pair well with the food. If you are curious and cannot find what is available, please give us a call at 970-464-1150.
Our Collections Tasting room located in downtown palisade offers over 70 seats indoors and over 50 outdoors. This makes for a fun Palisade Night Event venue surrounded by the Book cliffs. Whether it be Date Night or a fun night out with friends, we invite you to come hang out at our extended hours tasting room.
While visiting be sure to check out the Colterris Collections Exhibit! The home to one of the most distinctive wine history collections in the world. This extensive private collection showcases thousands of unique pieces of global wine memorabilia.
