Your card on file will automatically be charged 4 times per year for the wine club selection price plus any applicable tax. Sales/excise taxes vary, and are charged according to the individual state laws.
It is the club members' responsibility to notify us of changes to their accounts; which include, but are not limited to, email address, telephone number or shipping address. Non-notification may result in return, redirect or reshipment fees. A reminder email will be sent prior to credit card processing. Any changes to packages or account information must be updated by the club processing deadline.
Membership changes/cancellations must be made in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the next shipment to firstname.lastname@example.org. Processed club shipments will not be refunded.
Substitutions and addions to club selections may be entered prior to club processing. Additonal wine may be added to the club shippment up to 12 bottles (including club offering) for no additional shipping fee. (Additional shipping fees may apply for orders over 12 bottles)
Wine Club Benefits are not transferable.
Pickup and Shipping Guidelines
By Law, Colterris can legally ship to a limited amount of states. We appreciate state requests, and are always working to grow our shipping availability! Current available states are: AZ, CO, CA, DC, FL, IL, MN, MO, MT, NM, NY, TX, WA, WI, WY
For Pickup members, there is a pickup window of approximately 6 weeks from the release date; after which time we will contact you to coordinate shipping your club to you. Shipping charges will apply. If shipping is not available in your area, we cannot guarantee that the current club selections will be availble after 6 weeks. Substitutions may be required.
Processing times may vary. You will receive confirmation once your order is shipped.
All shipments are processed and shipped VIA FedEx, we cannot make carrier changes.
An adult 21 years of age or older must provide a signature at the time of delivery Wine is guaranteed when signed for at the first delivery attempt. Delayed delivery is the club member’s responsibility. Return and reshipment will require a processing fee.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
We may hold shipments during times of extreme weather to ensure your package arrives successfully.
